Nyan Heroes Game Review
Nyan Heroes is a free-to-play collectible card game and GameFi initiative powered by the Solana blockchain. The staff at Nyan Heroes is diverse, with experience in NFT games, cutting-edge media, and the world wide web. Max Fu and Wraya/Wengie were the co-founders of the game, with millions of followers on their social media platforms.
Players will take control of a team of little robot cats called Nyans, each with unique abilities and personalities. They must fight it out in the metaverse, battling other teams of Nyans while earning rewards along the way.
Simply by playing, players add to the in-game player-based economy. It is done by earning tokens for completing missions, defeating enemies, and advancing through the adventure mode.
To add to the fun, gamers can duplicate their Guardian Robots, create new Nyans, hunt for unique weapons and skins, and then sell them as NFTs in the marketplace.
The goal of the blockchain game is simple, and it is to save every single cat. Each day, they release a new batch of adorable kittens into the wild. If players don’t cooperate to protect them, they’ll be lost forever. But if they band together, they could help them find a home and maybe even win some prizes.
Game Mechanics
Regarding gameplay, the third-person shooter Nyan Heroes can cover much ground. The gameplay is varied for each player type. Nyan Heroes will feature competitive and cooperative gaming and social features.
The game has five game modes:
Battle Royale: The game will feature a third-person battle royale set in the world of Nekovia. The devastated capital metropolis of Nekovia will serve as a focal point for a map that features a wide variety of settings, such as dense forests, bleak wastelands, toxic marshlands, and a variety of mountainous terrain.
The Guardian can gain in-game experience and power by collecting mana crystals throughout the battle. The developers implemented a leveling system that penalizes players who choose to camp or snipe by limiting their ability to collect mana crystals.
Open World MMO: Fight back to Nekovia in the PvE adventure mode as you and your Nyan face off against ferocious adversaries. You can level up your characters and try out new abilities by taking on major tasks and side quests. This is a great opportunity for new players to learn how the game works.
Guilds: In Nyan Heroes, you can participate in a wide range of Guild-only features once you’ve founded or joined a Guild.
Each participant will receive a share of the spoils, and the Guild will get a cut. As the owner of a virtual marketplace, you can charge whatever you like for trading and keep a cut of the proceeds for your Guild.
Co-op Raids (PvP): As progress is made, raids will also be available to players. Each raid boss will require the combined efforts of numerous party members. Be careful, as raids will be challenging if you don’t have enough people. The stakes are high, but the spoils of success are exceptional.
Virtual Mode: The developers are ensuring the open-world mode has plenty of places for people to meet and socialize as part of the metaverse initiative. Both social and roleplaying goals, such as hangouts, can be served by such gatherings.
Players who like player versus environment and farming can still run businesses and engage with other players, much as in the real world.
Guardian Classes
Every Nyan can summon a Guardian by using Guardian Cores. When facing up against Elementals, Guardians are a formidable ally. A distinct set of mech components will be built for each Guardian that is called upon.
Additionally, upon minting, Guardians will be given one of three additional subparts at random such as Arm attachment, Helmet attachment, and Back attachment.
The current Guardian Classes are Fighter, Tank, Assassin, Sniper, Medic, Scout, Mechanic, and Soldier.
Land
Each region of the Nyan Heroes metaverse will be an underground land plot, with the genesis region at its center and the peripheral regions around it. Parcels of land central to the genesis zone will command a greater price.
The land will be scarce in Nekovia, especially in central regions. No more land will be available once everyone has a piece of it until someone sells theirs.
Genesis Nyan NFTs
Only 11,111 Genesis Nyans left in the battle for Nekovia, and they are all collected in the Nyan Heroes Pass. They are the very last of their species, making them unique.
As a result of their rarity and scarcity, they will always be highly prized within the Nyan Heroes economy. Genesis NFT holders will reap a plethora of advantages and perks.
The game’s roadmap enlists all the completed milestones, such as land pre-sale, Genesis NFT public sale, cinematic trailer, seed round raise, first guardian mech drop, etc. Some of Nyan Heroes’ upcoming roadmap goals are the game prototype, public IDO, DEX/CEX Listing, Game Release (Alpha), etc.
Nyan Heroes Tokenomics
The two-token economies in Nyan Heroes are $NYN and $CATNP. You can earn tokens by playing the game and completing tasks.
NYN
The $NYN in-game cryptocurrency is used as a governance token to buy items in the shop. It’s basically like paying for things with real-world money. And that’s where the second token comes into play. To build up your cat collection, you’ll need to spend $CTNP.
This special currency allows you to breed cats in the game’s ecosystem. They don’t cost anything, but they do require $CTNP.
CTNP
You can use the $CTNP, the game’s utility token, to unlock exclusive features such as breeding pets, creating consumables from raw materials, and even buying items in the shop.
So while $NYN lets you purchase stuff, $CTNP enables you to generate income.
Play-to-earn with Nyan Heroes
Nyan Heroes is a free-to-play and play-to-earn game. You don’t have to spend money to enjoy the game, but there are plenty of ways to earn extra cash.
It takes time and effort, but accumulating enough PvP awards to forge a brand-new Guardian Mech is possible. Borrowing a Guardian Mech from another player allows them to reap the full benefits of Nyan Heroes, with the lender receiving a cut of the awards earned.
Daily Challenges: These challenges give players daily rewards based on how many coins they collect during the day. Coins can be collected via in-game purchases like gems, gold, etc., or by completing special missions.
Daily Missions: Players can complete special tasks for rewards ranging from cash bonuses to unique skins.
