Ni No Kuni Game Review
Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds is a new edition that reimagines the fantasy world of the Ni no Kuni series. Anime-inspired visuals created in Unreal Engine 4, dramatic sequences, and original music by seasoned Studio Ghibli film composer Joe Hisaishi all come together to create a game that feels like an interactive animated film.
Players in Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds may earn tokens to spend in the game thanks to the game’s blockchain-based gaming system. Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds RPG was developed by level-5 and published by Netmarble.
There are numerous Ni no Kuni game series, but Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds is unique in that you can engage an automatic system that can assist you during your adventure in the worlds of Isekai and Soul Divers.
The environment and visuals resemble the series’ first games, making gamers who have grown up with the franchise feel perfectly at home. The game is available on a PC and can be downloaded from Google Play Store for Android and app store for iOS.
Game Mechanics
Following the isekai-like themes of Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds, a new game begins with the player entering a virtual reality game called Soul Divers. You may choose from the rogue, destroyer, witch, engineer, or swordsman specializations. Before a character is given a name and dispatched on an adventure, players can do a character design with clothes and color schemes.
You can customize one of five equally spectacular classes, and you’ll soon embark on an adventure filled with magic, nobility, and intrigue while guided by a cranky bat-pig named Cluu. Also, you can strengthen your character with various customization and power-up options when you’re not exploring an unending dungeon or automatically fulfilling quests.
The gameplay is quite short to simplify portability. Autoplay is enabled by default, so your character will dash between quests and fight monsters with no interaction from you. You can disable these features, but playing with the AI in combat becomes much more difficult.
Menus are easily navigable, and goal and side quest instructions are crystal clear. The mobile game welcomes novice players, whether new to Ni no Kuni or mobile games in general.
Ni no Kuni Kingdom
It takes place hundreds of years after Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom, in the same kingdom as Evermore. Aside from a few similar places, it’s a largely independent video game journey.
Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds deviates from the formula of previous entries in the series by being a free-to-play RPG MMO with gacha elements reminiscent of Genshin Impact.
While controlling a single main character, you are supported by a crew of adorable or alarmingly feisty familiars. Many of these elements, such as the flying otters and wrathful trees, will be instantly recognizable to anybody who has played Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch Remastered.
Ni No Kuni: Cross Worlds Tokenomics
Territe Token (NKT) and Asterite Token (NKA) are existent utility tokens on the MARBLEX platform. Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds, developed by Netmarble Neo, allows players to trade in-game cash for tokens that can be used within and outside the game.
Ni No Kuni NFTs
Ni No Kuni: Cross Worlds aims to incorporate blockchain and NFT features into Ni No Kuni: Cross Worlds ecosystem.
Players acquire Territe through Familiar Adventure and Chaos Fields monster hunting. On the MARBLEX wallet, Territe can be traded for Territe Tokens (NKT), which can theoretically be used exactly like any other cryptocurrency.
Asterite Token will reside on the MARBLEX platform as well. The primary distinction is that Asterite is gained through competitive gameplay. This would require gamers to engage in combat to acquire NKA.
Play-to-earn with Ni No Kuni: Cross Worlds
For a mobile MMORPG, Ni no Kuni Cross Worlds free-to-play has much to offer any player that ventures into its domain. There are many enemies to face and a seemingly infinite number of venues, and the game’s storyline will have you returning for more.
Chaos Fields
Acquire Territes by killing creatures in Chaos Fields. You can gain extra Territe by hunting monsters in Chaos Fields of higher levels.
There is a high probability of receiving Territe until all of your Territe Energy has been consumed.
Familiar Adventure
Go on a Familiar Adventure with your companions and claim some territes. Players can also occupy Territe Gathering Sites to acquire additional Territe.
Lava Valley
In the Lava Valley team arena, three players form teams to compete in player versus player (PvP) matches. You may get Asterite by participating in weekly and seasonal contests. Participants must finish in the top 10 to receive Asterite bonuses.
Familiar Arena
In the Familiar Arena, a squad of five of your familiars can face off against the familiars of other players. Asterite Tokens are a form of currency that players may earn on a weekly or seasonal basis.
